In contrast, some people argue that people should not drink alcohol to calm down, because too much alcohol is harmful to human health. Moreover, people also argue against saying that there are a lot of ways and activities to relax without alcohol.
People who argue for it say that people should drink alcohol to calm down, because alcohol relaxes nerves. When they drink alcohol it disrupts the balance of chemicals and processes in the brain. For example,many people when they drink alcohol they become less coordinated than when they are realistic and they may even lose their balance and fall down.
In addition people also argue for, because drinking can reduce fears and take the mind off of troubles. It can help you feel comfortable, happy, less shy, and generally relaxed. Also, it can damage their mental health, impair memory skills and reduce fertility. So, alcohol harms them and causes health problems more than helping them to forget.

They can go outside for a walk, read a book, practice yoga, relax their body or write their problems if they are anxious to talk about it.
